A) The contract stipulated between and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by Such acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way.

Images and graphics of the products.

C) The graphics of the products (images, technical data and descriptions) are made in the technical data sheets of the products for the sole purpose of illustrating the same, and are purely indicative. The products may therefore differ from what is shown on the video for obvious reasons of color setting of the screen (eg the color tone of a leather bag). The images displayed are - in most cases - provided by the manufacturers, and in this regard we inform you that some products may differ from the graphic representation as a result of changes made by the manufacturer, therefore assumes no responsibility if these changes do not make changes to the functionality and intended use of a product (eg a logo of a different color, or a different print or positioned on a different site).
